Regulation (EU) 2016/679
This information notice is provided pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") by Federica Pagni, Data Controller of the personal data collected through the website Veduta di Castelvecchio.
1. Purpose of processing
The personal data voluntarily provided by the user through contact forms, information requests, or booking requests (such as first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any other information spontaneously entered) will be processed exclusively for:
- responding to information requests;
- managing availability and booking requests for the facility;
- fulfilling legal obligations related to the accommodation activity;
- handling any communications related to the requested or booked stay.
2. Legal basis for processing
The processing of personal data is based on the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject, on the execution of the stay contract, and, where applicable, on compliance with legal obligations.
Providing the data is optional but necessary in order to respond to requests or manage a booking.
3. Methods of processing and recipients of data
The data will be processed using both IT and paper tools in compliance with the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency as required by the GDPR.
The data may be disclosed exclusively to entities providing services necessary for website management, accommodation activities, hosting, email services, or to other entities to whom communication is required by law.
The data will not be disseminated.
4. Data retention
Personal data will be retained for the strictly necessary time to achieve the purposes outlined above and in any case in compliance with the obligations prescribed by current legislation.
5. Rights of the data subject
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided under Articles 15-22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, including the right of access, rectification, cancellation, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability, by writing to the Data Controller.
The right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority remains unaffected.
